Minister of Housing adopts a 35-acre plot of land to create an urban community
Dr. Mustafa Madbouli, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities decided to plan and divide a 35-acre plot of land allocated for a real estate company in the new city of Cairo to establish an urban community.
According to the second article of the decree, published in the Official Gazette on Sunday, the company is committed not to offer the units of the project for booking and sale except after the approval of the Authority, and the procedures for starting the booking and selling include the decision number and the execution period.
In accordance with Article 3 of the Resolution, the Company undertakes to undertake that the Project Services Area will be for the benefit of the project residents only.
Article 4 stipulates that the company shall abide by the maximum building requirements, provided that the permitted height limits, as well as the operational drawings and the technical specifications of the works of the utility networks within the framework of the submitted plan, the contracted area and the time schedule approved for its study.
