Raef Fahmy, as an architect who graduated from Ain Shams University in 1986, has planned since graduation to establish his business “Raef Fahmy Architects” which he succeeded to achieve in 1991 and has become one of the most disciplined architectural firms in the market.

MISSION
Creating a characteristic homogeneous community always starts with urban planning, passing to the facades and the architecture created for any structure, then moving inside it and how its interior design looks like, as the firm always thinks.

The design of this project has also been attributed to the architect Raef Fahmy one of the world’s most skilled design engineers and the design owner of the Skyline Project Memaar Al Morshedy which is the largest residential building in the world the project is built on a large space but only 30% of the total area is for construction.
