New Bridges in Iraq
Considering Iraq’s state plan for development and renovation, NGCC participates in the scene, as it is assigned a package of projects that will reinforce the infrastructure of the state, where it will construct a new group of bridges that will facilitate transportation and traffic. NGCC will probably implement this project based on the high profile it has recently built in Iraq, through executing projects, of 150 Million EGP estimated cost, at high quality and stable progress, during the last period there.
Ariba North Coast
NGCC started the implementation works of Ariba North Coast-Egypt, which is located 3km from Marina, on an area of 20 feddans, at the 90th kilometer of Alex-Matrouh road. The project encompasses 300 units that vary between villas and chalets, in addition to commercial areas. The first stage will be delivered to the clients by early 2025. It’s a distinctive project that revives the resort market, where the targeted sales reach 1.1 Billion EGP.
NGCC and Haya Karima
NGCC can’t ignore its existence as a crucial participant in a national project like Haya Karima, that will develop the lives of more than 58 million Egyptian citizens. This project, which aims to elevate the living status in the Egyptian countryside, has an estimated cost of 17 Billion EGP. The works assigned to NGCC include water networks, sewage systems, service facilities, water treatment plants, and electrical networks. As usual, NGCC sticks to the put timeline with a steady progress rate.
