TMG always takes the lead in the development scene, through innovative projects, remarkable contributions, or even beneficial decisions that help investors and the real estate market to be revived again. On Sunday 22nd of May 2022, TMG reopens reservations for fully finished units in Al-Rehab and Madinaty with installments for 25 years. This motivated Fuzed Magazine to remind the readers of those magnificent cities in New Cairo.
Al-Rehab
Units available in the initiative, that TMG has launched, are categorized into 3 classes of apartments; class A has areas that vary between 58 m2 and 99 m2, which include either one room or two rooms, with one bathroom. Unlike class B, which encompasses areas that vary from 92 m2 to 131 m2, these areas enclose either two or three rooms, with one or two bathrooms. Considering class C includes areas that range between 110 m2 and 162 m2, they include two or three rooms, with two or three bathrooms. These units are part of Phase 7 of Al-Rehab, and they are located in 5-story buildings with ground floors.
It should be noted that Al-Rehab is considered the first city built in New Cairo, in 1997, to introduce a new vision for living in Egypt before the new Millennium.
Madinaty
It’s simply a city with international standards built on an Egyptian land area of 8000 feddans, to offer a contemporary lifestyle through 120,000 housing units that include residential villas and apartment buildings.
The offered units are categorized into 4 classes of right and left apartments; class 01 has areas that vary between 56 m2 and 78 m2, which include either one room or two rooms, with one bathroom. Whereas class 04 encompasses areas that vary from 70 m2 to 117 m2, these areas enclose either two or three rooms, with one or two bathrooms. Considering class 06 includes areas that range between 92 m2 and 140 m2, they include two or three rooms, with one or two bathrooms. In addition, class 07 includes areas that extend between 112 m2 and 165 m2. They include two or three rooms, with two or three bathrooms. These units are within Model B12 buildings in Madinaty, and they are also located in 5-story buildings with ground floors.
