MY PARK: A New Concept for Commercial Malls

Every time Emaar Msir launches a project, it’s always a step forward toward a better life with a distinctive concept of comfort and luxury. With investments that exceed 1 billion EGP, Emaar Misr develops a new integrated mall, “My Park” to be part of DownTown-Mivida New Cairo. Let’s have a look at Emaar’s most recent marks of development.

Location and Purpose

Being part of Mivida New Cairo, which covers an area of 890 feddans, makes MY Park Mall an outstanding and attractive spot for families and friends to spend a nice time, as well as, a perfect place for commercial stores, retail, and international restaurants to offer premium services and goods. My Park also includes offices and clinics with areas that vary between 54m2 and 156 m2.  My Park will be constructed on an area of 42,000 m2 to cover every demand and meet every need.

The Design and Works

The project is designed according to the design-build method, where Emaar Misr contracts directly with one entity, Rowad Modern Engineering, to provide both the design and construction of the project. The design was finished in April 2022, and RME started preparing the needed forms for the concrete works and their placement. It’s expected that this project to be completed at the beginning of 2024. It’s noteworthy that the cooperation between Emaar Misr and RME has been continuous for more than 10 years.

About Mivida

Emaar Misr developed an excellent compound that enjoys services, amenities, and strong infrastructure; it occupies a strategic spot as it overlooks southern 90th Street, a few minutes away from the most popular and needed places in New Cairo. Irresistible natural characteristics, efficient workplaces, and unlimited entertainment choices are available in Mivida so that there is no need to go any other place.
