Location and Purpose

The Design and Works
The project is designed according to the design-build method, where Emaar Misr contracts directly with one entity, Rowad Modern Engineering, to provide both the design and construction of the project. The design was finished in April 2022, and RME started preparing the needed forms for the concrete works and their placement. It’s expected that this project to be completed at the beginning of 2024. It’s noteworthy that the cooperation between Emaar Misr and RME has been continuous for more than 10 years.
