Shaker, Designing a Better Future to Introduce a High-Quality Life

What are the most recent remarkable contributions made by Shaker?

Macana

Last April (2022), Shaker Group was assigned the design and supervision of electromechanical works implementation in the project of Macana in Mostakbal City, New Cairo. The project is located in the golden square area at the entrance of Mostakbal City to occupy 65 feddans. 

Macana is one of the biggest integrated projects, as it includes all services needed by any inhabitant; commercial, administrative, leisure, hotel, educational, and health care facilities. It is worth to be noted that the project encompasses a 5-star hotel with nearly 500 suites, 300 rooms, and a hotel villa. The total cost of the project is around 10 Billion EGP.

Macana is within the range of the first phase of Mostakbal City, which will be fully delivered in 5 years, and the first phase will be delivered in 3 years only.

The Cairo Monorail 

By joining a Malaysian – Egyptian – Emirati consortium, Shaker Group has proved that it’s part of the future, this consortium is part of 16 consortiums that are responsible for the monorail works. Shaker’s Group consortium is assigned the Cairo Monorail, which includes the Cairo – New Capital Administrative line and the 6th of October – Giza line.

Shaker Group is responsible for a 96 km route of 33 stations, it works on building the building services engineering design. This will make Cairo enter a new age of smart and fast transportation.
